About Trillium Support Services

Trillium Support Services is a trusted non-medical home care provider serving Oakville and surrounding communities. We help seniors and individuals maintain independence, comfort, and dignity at home through compassionate support.

Role overview

We are seeking reliable, caring, and professional caregivers to provide non-medical home support services, including companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, tidying, and organizing
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders for non-medical support
  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Report concerns to the supervisor

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving or support experience preferred
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening or willingness to obtain one
  • CPR / First Aid is an asset
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Warm, patient, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently
